Pilar Watson loves Miami Beach. She has lived continuously between Miami Beach, North Bay Village, and Biscayne Park for over 35 years. With that time comes a deep and wide knowledge of the area including greater Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
In her youth, Pilar studied in Switzerland, at Harvard, and The University of Miami. She has a degree in fashion design and is an accomplished, award winning fine artist. Originally from Lima, Peru, she has traveled the world including much of Europe and the Americas, and Asia.
Her work experience includes owning small businesses such as a computer school for children and adults, a computer consulting company, and a surface design company catering to fashion designers and boutique owners. She is well versed in convention management.
Her life skills and knowledge of the area combine to make her uniquely adroit in finding the perfect arrangement for her clients which include those seeking their forever homes, investment opportunities, and rentals. Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English and conversant in French.
